Most times, expectant women who suffer from runny bowel movements improve rather quickly, without needing to make an appointment with the doctor. However, you should never risk becoming dehydrated during pregnancy as this could cause harm to your fetus. Drink as much water as you can and rest until all signs and symptoms dissipate.
